That certainly tallies with my experience, it seems no matter what I do my GK is twiddling his thumbs. But I also don't know how to make my DMCs happier, do they want arrows? I have been trying to play with no arrows for awhile since I have all positions.

One thing I can say for DMCs is that when you play ND through middle and you use red arrows on the DMC, he tends to score a lot with long shots which results in good rating. They probably need to be a bit balanced on stats for this to happen, though.
