Perfect Tactics win the league for a 12th season in a row!

It was a performance worthy of winning the league. We could have had so many goals but we'll take 10. Warmwater and Vittalone combined for the first goal and it was Warmwater who got the final touch for the first goal of the game. Then came the big moment, Petersen going through on goal and finishing and adding another goal to his huge tally. There was no stopping us, Rendon was gifted a goal and tapped in easily for 0-3. Then it was 4, Warmwater getting a second goal of the game from a free kick set up by Wacker. Wacker then made it 0-5 with a solo effort and we were absolutely pummelling them. We then had 3 chances in the next 5 minutes to score but we missed them all. A huge portion of the game passed and we didn't have many chances so we brought on some subs. It was unbelievably boring until Wacker got his 2nd goal of the game from a long range strike. Petersen Jr then added to the score sheet with a 1 vs 1 chance. Suparman then headed in a free kick for 0-8 before Petersen Jr set up Silly for 0-9. A late Wacker goal completed his hat trick and we win the league in style.

They had possession and more shots on target and all the pressure and we found it hard to get through their defense, but just before half time Veuthey was fouled in the box and this time Bosch converts the penalty, not much difference in the second half as we are hanging on to our lead but they look out of ideas until 11 minutes from time when they equalize, we try to get a winner but not meant to be,

Team Talk: Tough match, Bosch finally scores a penalty and we are happy with the away goal but shame they equalized so late.

Pigs United lose the title

While it may seem alittle premature i assure you it isnt. With us held to a 1-1 draw at home by 13th in the league and second surely to win his game, it seems the title is over. And while i will be only 1 point behind, 3 injuries and 2 red cards in this game has threw away my shot at the league. I dont have 11 fit players ( Even with playing a gk out of position ). I now only have 8 fit players, and 0 red packs to help me out ( 3 injuries in the game are 10 days + and the others i have are also 5+ days ) And the red cards mean my title hunt is over.

I could sell the players and buy new ones. But it would mean selling my top 5 players. And i would have to get 8 players for 8 tokens.

Argh a terrible day for me

Very early this morning I lost my cup semi final 2:0, they had a slightly better team, but I'm still a bit annoyed. My gf's team also lost 1:0, which I'm also annoyed about, as she was playing a weaker team. But both were the away games, with home games coming up tomorrow. I've dropped the away cup games previously this season, then come back in the home game, so hopefully I can pull it off

As I'd really like to get the triple for my team (My gf's knocked out of CL already, but I should be able to clean up mine easily, and we're both 4 points clear of 2nd place in our respective leagues)

League games went well though, one of my students is in my league, and I thrashed him 7-0 today, which was particularly satisfying as he ground out a draw against me the first time we played (I'm his teacher, I have to show my superiority!! lol)
