JT's Lucky 11 2nd leg Cup match has just finished and was a close affair.

In the 23rd minute, striker Tompkins was back in defence!! What he was doing there was anyone's guess and he trips Ferrara FC attacker on the edge of the box. After a long delay which didn't add any time on Tompkins was yellow carded and a dubious penalty awarded.

Caloiero had his penalty superbly saved by Stavrou to keep the score at 0-0.

9 minutes later, Ferrara FC win 2 corners in quick succession and Caloiero redeems his penalty miss with a great header, 1-0.

Caloiero, ever involved, gives away a free kick on the flank and is yellow carded. Fernandes crosses into a crowded box but Tompkins leaps tallest to head home the equaliser, 1-1.

At the half time break, JT's Lucky 11 manager decides the yellow card for Tompkins deserves him being withdrawn from the game and replaces by Andreas (it didn't occur to me 2 seasons ago that someone renamed him Messi Lionel Andreas in that order).

Quiet until the 72nd minute, JT's Lucky 11 got a corner that was headed home by Wessely. That's 3 goals each for Tompkins and Wessely in 2 games, 1-2.

6 minutes later and another corner for JT's Lucky 11, this time a header from Nwadikwa for his 1st of the season, 1-3. 12 minutes to go and it's safe at 7-2 on aggregate.

3 minutes before the end, a consolation goal from another corner for Ferrara FC headed home by Brezzi, 2-3.

That's how the score stayed until the end.




Man of the match was Nwadikwa with a rating of 8.

JT's Lucky 11 Acadamy side, Meh FC (remember, played in phone with no Facebook account) has also finished the preliminary stage of the Cup.

At level 6, Meh FC were favourites going into the tie against level 5 Die Blinden of Germany, thankfully there was no need for penalties and Meh FC triumphed 2-0 at home and 1-0 away to go through to the next round.

"There is no detailed report for minor sides in the competition" JT stated feeling lazy.

New Team won its second leg by 3-1 playing the first 45 mins in 10 due to missing autosubs. Not much of a match despite the close quaities as the 3-2-2-1-2 used completely shut down the opponent's 4-5-1V. Advances by 7-3 aggregate.

Pant****ters after the 0-4 comfortably won 3-1 home too.

btw: when did they change the illegal formation = 20% possession rule?

was down 0-2, then 2-3. But Blagojevic luckily scored two goals from freekicks and another one with a 'vicious strike'

Breaking News: The Chairmans GREEN Light!

The July Fourth Chairman has unexpectedly given the green light for a further investment into development of the ability of players this season... This means the following players below will become 9* players this season...

• Hatsune Miku
• Chano Petersen
• Stacey Papaleo
• Ryogo Kusama
• Angel Miku-Zidane

Anything remaining will go into the development of Issem Lenoil and James Lamb.

We have decided not to go ahead with this and we believe that it is more beneficial that we save our funds until the next time the server does a top level hold allowing us to join the highest level on the server.

Miku will still be trained to 9* and we will still have a 8* team.
