It gifs a good feeling if you make a fast trainer stronger. With only scoutplayers in the team it makes the game boring in my opinion. And in my opinion scout players are not so much fast trainers then the young players. That's my experience.

I keep my youths for about 6 seasons minimum and keep PTing them back to 7*, that's why I don't have to get that many players. I just recycle my youths so I don't have to spend more greens training up roles and SA.

But next season a lot of my players will be old and that's when I have to start searching for youths again

Yeah I wanna keep my youth also for a long time. Since last season I only looking for young fast trainers that I can powertrain for a few seasons. I had a lot of old players. Next season there a gonna some out of the team. So this season I bought replacement for them. I am searching for double roles players. But they are not so much in my auction. So I must have use many greens on the moment to train some one roles to double roles or even triple roles.
