you have some choice,

use photobucket, imagehack, flirt, picasa, facebook .... etc up your image there and copy the code with [IMG]your photo's link [/IMG]
or simply up load your photo like you did, click at it twice or open in new tab. and paste the link in [IMG]your photo's link [/IMG] like i did here to yours
