Correct, but aim for day 2. If they come on day 1, they arrive before promotion so they lose a star.

yes, but because of the season being 28 days, it causes the player completion date to rotate and not always be on the first few days of every season.

@Saransh: a few youth players I have signed since they were 21-24T and in positions I actually wanted for a change. They are 18, fast trainers and dont cost me any money, so on my server thats a good deal, since 18yo ANYTHING goes for 10T or more guaranteed.

true...but it will happen every few seasons. And if you aim to get a player in day 2 with the fastest youth academy, you avoid getting them on day 1, 28 and 27 (though, you do get a player on day 26 of the same season that you received the player on day 2 and 14).

that means you can not always get on day 2 ... you have to wait 3 seasons to get again on day 2.
