Ok need some advice

Ok first screenshot, is my team.

Second screenshot are my tactics.

3rd screenshot is my formation.

My question is, is it smart how i am doin this? Would i need to change anything, to dominate a match?
I've seen that in CL, group A and B, im in B, are all 3 stars max, and my team is little better then 5 stars.

Any advice would be very very helpfull.
