Where are the teams

I stayed down last season and expecting to meet same teams that stayed down with me but NO i have completely different teams from last season How is this possible ??

I keep expecting to be in league with my friends again and it hasn't happened....

Don`t get me wrong not complaining as it gives me teams i`v never met before therefore new challenges but just perplexed as thought you stay in the same league with teams that you stayed down with ?

Not unless you are friends with them I think.


My problem is I have ingame friends so I am no longer with my buddies, but since they are hard competition I shouldn't complain I only meet them sometimes in CL.
