Sometimes when you log into T11 , a caption comes up on screen saying 'upgrading your stadium is as important as upgrading your squad'.

Does this mean that if you dont upgrade your stadium then your results could suffer even if you have a powerful squad ?

Welll... eventually. It doesnt matter so much in league 1, but as you progress you need facilities for your fans and team! They produce money, boosters, and players eventually.

Also if your pitch is poor your players injure more. And dont recover as well if you dont have medical facility.

I wish there is some guide for buildings,what to build and when to build it,what to do first and the number of booster on each level of gym and first aid etc.
There are guides for almost everything and most of the issues included are easy to figure out without even a guide,so I wish there is to this.
