Hi,
I play at level 11 right now and i noticed something strange happening in my league.Twelve players (including me) are at level 11 and there is one player that his team is at level 12.Why is this happening ? I think it's unfair to compete with him at the same league.

this means your at top of your server and there`s no-where for level 12 to go so they try and match as close to ratings as pos
