Well thats wrong i think , it cost me 20 tokens and if he can't pay for the player the bank(Nordeus) will get the money for selling his player.
My tought is , if you don't have the money you can't buy the player.

The person will be in debt and can't buy any more players unless he sells some or buys with tokens. If he doesn't clear the debt in 7 days the game will sell the player, starting from the best player first until he can afford to pay back the money.

I disagree with you, actually. The rules are that you must have enough money to make the initial bid, and after that, you can continue bidding to get the player. I was actually -47M yesterday, but I still have 4 unwanted players that I want negotiations for, lowest value is 33.6M and highest is 53.2M. Debt is a common thing in modern football.
