When I tested it, no. A good freekick taker will score on both sides irrespective of which foot he is strongest o..

But I put the right footers on the right side v.v anyway because I dont want one person taking all the freekicks in a match in case he is off form and in case it does make some difference.

I have 2 good free kick takers both either footed, so I have put them alternate. eg. Porceddu is the first choice to take the left ones and 2nd to take the right and Perbet is the 1st choice to take the right and 2nd to take the left.
