Assigning skill points issue

Hi guys,
I am trying to assign skill points to a player but it's saying cannot assign points to a player with pending transfer offers.
The player isn't up for sell so why am I getting this message.
How do i find out what what other offers are happening for this player too?
Hope someone can help me with this problem.

Did you just promote to level 4? Negotiations are allowed then.


When you click on the player the last tab is offers.
When looking at your teams General Info roster the handshake icon shows when there is an offer.

That's on the computer, if you are on a phone maybe it's different, I only use phone to watch matches

If your player is near his sixth star he can appear in the negotiations list.

I'm level 9 mate.
Player is 20 and 3 stars.
Can't see any handshake icon either.
I'm thinking could be a bug issue.

If you're playing on PC, just refresh the page. Or, generally, refresh / reload and you should be fine.

Yeah it must be glitch, clear data and reload maybe fix?

then if awarded skill to a certain position i`e built defence to max then you my need to use skill on other two before you can build defence up again

edit; you can only get max 20 skill point`s between each level of defence/attack/physical & mental
