Yes all you can do really is leave your teams in autopilot mode and enjoy your holiday and try not to think too much about the game.

Top Eleven never sleeps and this is one of the major downfalls of this game unfortunately.

Why wasting ur time thinking about this silly game when u should be making other plans for the vacations. Go forth and enjoy. A week won't effect much. As stated above, choose autosubs and see ur further opponents and choose the formations that will work for most of them. All the best and happy vacations.
