    Power training and rests in general

    When should you decide your player is low enough to need to use rests on them? Specifically when power training.

    Whend i train, and i do not do PT, i prefere to do so will they are in the green (81%), i seen that doing that the experience gained is always higher that whend training in yellow.
    Everytime your player is under 84% of condition, you can use a green (15%recovery). But even with 90% they can do well in the match.
