Iam at Level 6... Won all of my titles from starting to now!!!

but in my transfer window i cant bid for players who are in transfer window of Managers in level 7 or level 8 th!!!!
but in my case.... there are Managers of level 4th or 5th who can bid for players in my level transfer window!!!
So that, they can get the players of rating 40 (who will be visible to them like scouts)....
at the same time i cant get more than rating 40 players except in negotiations tab which makes me feel vulnerable!!!!!
Friends help me out of this matter!!!!

When you say you "cannot" bid, do you mean there are no players to bid on in the transfer list?

If there aren't many good players to bid on, you are at or near the top level of your server.

Or that there are players in the negotiations list that you can't bid on? They would be on a different server.

I probably hope that so...
It may be true that the good players that i want to bid for may be on the different servers, so i definetely have to go for negotiations to get good quality players.

good luck. And remember there are occasional good players generated on the TL. Build your Academy up... if all else fails, tank.
