Low Morale

Ok so i was just wondering. I am level two. I have my star midfielder who is a 6 star for my level. he is 20 years old and gets regular playing time. What i don't understand is why his morale is at the absolute least possible. I am tired of using morale boosters.
He gets rest and playing time, plus i give my players max bonus for victories.

Beside my GK, my MCs get the worst rating/most morale drop of any of my players on a regular basis. I think happy MCs are hard to come by!

If you are using arrows on him a lot so he gets super tiired in a match, this doesn't help. But other than that, I dunno why.

There is really nothing you can do except waste boosters.

Until Nordeus gets off their collective asses and gives us information on how morale works so WE CAN PROPERLY PLAY THE GAME!!!, then its all you can do but hope that your players get 8's and 9's for ratings after each game, otherwise 5/6/7 will mean that you lose morale every day.

all my player`s get 7/8 rating untill it comes to c/m then it`s 5 rating, no matter how much i change game play to include ?

You'll come across a few players like that during your Top Eleven days. Think of it as Top's version of players who have a bad personality, or just can't seem to live up to the expectations. Nothing you can do about it. Either he will get better over time, or not.

Totally agree.
I wanted to ask the question....what is the purpose of the blue thingy?
I have such a huge buildup that I now feel I have to abuse it. If the player has low blue, then F him. He can find another team or I will find one for him. I have not seen a difference in performance using and withholding the blues.

I use morale boosters only on my playing eleven. All my subs have 50 morale.

Its probably a lot simpler like he is above the class he is playing so doesn't feel motivated and you don't give him enough rest at full condition bar.

I had a 4.65m team in league 1, I came 2nd. It was always full morale, I just didn't do any training and only had one match per day (because I joined mid way in season).

Seriously?!?!?! This is a cheap-ass computer game. They dont program feelings into it! If it were that simple to do, my electric mixer would be upset that it doesnt get to lick the beaters when I make a cake.

Well it sort of does when its mixing it doesn't it? ... wait ... you make cakes? Can you make muffins too?

Anyways it wouldn't be that difficult for them to put in 'if playing v minnows then do cry'. Might even explain why a team twice the value of another can get beat twice in the opening matches of the league and draw on the third ... Im in 2nd place cus of that ... anyways ...
