You'll come across a few players like that during your Top Eleven days. Think of it as Top's version of players who have a bad personality, or just can't seem to live up to the expectations. Nothing you can do about it. Either he will get better over time, or not.

I wanted to ask the question....what is the purpose of the blue thingy?
I have such a huge buildup that I now feel I have to abuse it. If the player has low blue, then F him. He can find another team or I will find one for him. I have not seen a difference in performance using and withholding the blues.

I use morale boosters only on my playing eleven. All my subs have 50 morale.
