More seriously, I recommend you sell some. The weak ones, and buy new ones. It's really the only thing you can do, : (
Until 2 days ago, I only had 2 injuries this season, then suddenly in my last 3 matches, I had 4 at once. Luckily (or not) only my weaker players are being targeted, so I simply replaced the two worse ones with better ones and kept on going.

Yep, all you can do is sell some, and always rotate out the more tired guys. Like he said though, you might find better ones on TL. Keep only the ones you really think are great and sack some of the old dudes and get younger, stronger guys.

last season i had 8 injuries in 8 days and all normal training on stretching ?? sometime next century Nordeus will fix this rubbish

ty for advices guys,i realy feel desperate.this is my second season but i was playing top eleven before,and now i remember why i quit
anyway,i use chill out staff to keep moral on level but i dont have that much friends that can give me how much i need for my team
