Because Money = Power... I'm sure you would love it if someone like Roman Abramovich took over your team and started spending hundreds or euro's creating 9* Legends and blitz every team in the league. But at Level 2 its a waste of money because there's not many overpowered teams around. I've not had many challenges on this game, Used to get 400 tokens a season by watching videos when videos were prominent and that could buy me many scout players every season.

Well you're right about that, money is indeed power in this, but that can be true for many games to be honest. Specialy games on facebook.
