4-3-2-1 formation

I played 4-4-2 verse 4-3-2-1 and lost, I don't have any DM or AM , what formation should I of used and what tactics?

You need a DML/DMR against 4-3-2-1

If you don't have AML/AMR then use 3-2-3-2
