    Same here in Romania but this is not a problem is something normal. They are not advertising because is not profitable for them SMART GUYS!

    There is no need to have boosters offered if you learn how to not waste them!! I am playing for 32 seasons without offers and i allways have some packed. Every day gifts and those coming from stuctures are more than enough to go on. Managing them wisely its the key and also makes game more interesting.
