It's a BS invention made to troll people when they use a formation Nordeus finds too hard to make its game engine process properly.

The "solution" they've come up with, is to make you drop to 20% possession as long as you have such a formation.

Your opponent had one of the worst illegal formations one can come up with (no ST, No left Winger, 3 Wingers on one same side, ...).
And thus, you should have crushed him 10:0...

i beat him 7-0 last game with a crippled squad so played him with reserves, i was pretty much full strength here and that happened.
