    He is good, but 54* would be better. Since you are tanking you, i dont think it really matters when you get him since you wont get access to the 59* scouts next season yet. so buy asap so you can train as much as possible. If you were NOT tanking, then buying a scout at this time it just stupid, no matter what SA.
