I have no idea what you just said in that language, but in this case, add him to favourites (that heart shaped button next to his name) and bid from the transfering list.

I am always happy when i see this bug because i know there won't be many to bid on him.

I would guess that you have less than $14M in your bank account and it wont let you make the initial bid

I get this on quite a few players when I play on my laptop.

It'll be another bug that Nordeus have no intention/clue to fix.

Many a times I had less money to make even an initial bid but I always get to see the option "bid",maybe this is a bug or something.

You only need ~10-15% less than the intial asking bid to actually place a bid.
