There is CL in level 2 and above, you only need to finish in top 4.

If i build seats, it will decrease expense to build stadium.

"so it's better to build stadium first to increase income" OR "seats to decrease expense and time to build stadium?"

always pick the smallest available. So if there is an option of seats at 4 days, 8 days, 12 days and stadium 16; pick 4 days and then the next one, etc.
