junior pitch

Hi...i have a question of the buiding the junior pitch,i see it the young player will be available diffenrence with junior pitch lvl . it is right ? i remember befor lvl 1 or 2 will be available in 28 days, and lvl 3 is 24 days right ?
because i want the young player available when the season start. and now my junior pitch is lvl 3 and going buiding lvl 4.
and i want my young player will be available after next season start. so how many days the young player will be available in the lvl 4 ?

Each upgrade of the youth facility will decrease the wait time by 4 days.

If youth appear on day 1 of new season will lose a star and age 1 year before you get them, so aim for day 2.

Sorry, did I miss the memo on this? I thought a youth on day 1 would still be 18 considering you are getting him on the first day of the year/season. Where is my logic gone wrong?

I got youths first day of this season --19 year olds. As have others gotten the same, I think it's just the way that works. I kept the good one, anyway, even if he was a little old.
