Two goals apiece for Shinji Noda and Calvin Charlton contributed to this crushing victory over our deadly rivals. Aiden James started it all off, with an individual goal after 10 minutes. Charlton supplied a perfect pass for Wayne Dixon to claim our 2nd, six minutes later. Alcudia got one back just after the half hour, but two quick goals from Noda, gave us a handy 4-1 lead at the break. Gimenez scored another for our visitors on 54', but further goals from Charlton, the first a tap in from a pass by Ozturk and then a fine solo goal, gave us this comfortable win. Charlton also claimed man of the match.

This was a horrible game and a match we would rather forget than remember, for the first 20 minutes we were under pressure from the home side and it was solid defending by Lamb that saw us through this patch, Midway through the first half, We won a 'double corner' and Wood delibrately handballed the ball in the box and was shown a straight red card and they were forced into an illegal formation, Papaleo converted the penalty, we did add a second just before half-time with Papaleo passing to Watson for a sublime finish. You could of went home at half-time because they just simply blocked everything we threw at them in the second half somehow. Our best chance was in the 80th minute when Benayoun came close from long range.

Team Talk: I don't know whether to be pleased or disappointed, I would of took a 2-0 win before kick-off but when you were playing against an illegal 10 men formation for 2/3rds of the game you would of liked to have finished this tie off without worrying about the second leg on Wednesday.
well i`m heading for fun with two games in 15 minutes which means i`l have 2 minutes to change squad round, first up is champions league against 2nd this is where i can use reserves as i`m 5pts clear so a lose won`t be so bad then the quick change over changing 8 player`s and adding rest on 3 players fortunately i won`t have too change formation so touching wood i should just about do it.

FC Dreamhunter humiliated at home
In yesterday's cup-match the Dreamhunters were absolutely chanceless against a team which was a bit stronger. After 70 minutes the visitors lead 0-3. Afterwards we played total offense and were able to get two goals back by AMC Pereira-Marins. So things did not look too bad, but in the very last minute another counter brought us a - deserved - 2-4 loss. So we believe that this round will bring an end to our dreams to regain the cup again. We had absolutely no answer to his tactics - 3W - 0 - 3N - 1 3 and counter. Can anybody of your give me advice how to play against this formation???? PLEASE... An away-win against this team with 3 goals difference seems right now a bit unrealistic, but at least we want to go out of this competition with dignity...
And what's really disturbing - all my players received 7 and 8 ratings.... :confused:
The other matches brought more or less easy wins and a draw in the CL and so we lead our CL-group by two points and now also the League due to better goal-difference.
Berkshire Utd won all games and is already 3 points ahead in the League, also stays unbeaten in the CL.
Our Japanese-based team FC Sakura continues its unbeaten streak - now 72 games in a row without loss. By the way - what is YOUR team-record for unbeaten games??. The Cup-Match was very tough, but we won 2-1 at home and hope to advance.
The team I spend the most time with right now is the low-budget FC Teresa. We are still looking at the transfer market to find some opportunities to strenghten our squad. This is really very hard as we cannot spend more than 2 Tokens for each player. This of course limits our possibilites, as well as the lack of money. In addition the "machine" seems to hate us - in every game we have at least one injury - and this definitely sucks :mad: So right now we are selling every player who is injured more than 4 days and try to replace him with a (possible) better one who has higher quality. This can turn out to be quite nerve-wrecking as we can only bid when nobody else is interested in the player. It took now three days to find a DL - but today we could sign a young Norwegian. So let's hope that he stays healthy. Right now 3 players injured.
So - against all odds (and overcoming an idiotic Top11-"Friend" who is absolutely clueless and gives us more friendship-matches than we want - sometimes 90 minutes before important games) - the team plays really successful. We lead the CL-Group with 3 wins and yesterday evening a 3-0 in the Cup-Away game makes us hope to advance. The interesting fact about this game was that due to one injury I had to start the player with the worst quality ratings (about 10Q less than the second-worst one) - and he scored the first two goals!!!!
The League finds us now on third place, three points behind our sister-team Sakura and the other title-contender, FC Massimo. As our goal is to qualify for next CL (and maybe even stay on third place) we are happy to have already a 4-point lead to the fifth place.

This match turned in the last minutes twice, sadly finally to my dissadvantage. Graz went 1-0 in front after 7 minutes, but FCK stroke back by Decker (11.). At HT the home team manager switched to 4-3W-1 and FCK reacted with 4-1-2-1-2. Another goal by Decker (51.) brought FCK in front, but Siebert (84.) and Weihrauch (86.) turned the match for the home side.
At least we can report some good news from the transfer market:

Easy away win 4:1 against a abandoned team, not mutch to say, the goals were scored by Rosas, Saianda, Litsos and Marechal, Shalmana with 2 assists from corners was MOM. The worst was another injury, this time my MR. Silva.
ROUND 7:
We were playing 1st at home, And it is the Team with Best Q in the league.
We started well, chamorro makes the first at 12nd minute, then His st on 1vs1 make the equalizer at 33rd minute.
Not many chances and without expected His ST again 1vs1 and they made the second at 77th minute, we manage to equalize with a penalty scored by Chamorro at 84th minute, but After 2 minutes from a long range they got the third.
2:3 was the final result, really not fair but this is football.

Cup game had no history, win by 3:0 at home. Chamorro, Rosas and Stone scored the goals. Chamorro was MOM.
A win in the CL game today can give us the passport the last 16, lets see what we can do, since we are playing away, and probably the manager cant be at the match.

As AEPRE FC's manager have made a very tough decision on giving up AEPRE FC, they have finally done it.
With a very poor performance from AEPRE FC nowadays, plus a few issues on their current team, they have decided to announce the retirement of a very tumbling performed team.
The final statement is made by Ian Cuth, the owner of AEPRE FC to over 300,000 fans and stock holders at the iGP Manager Stadium: "We wish like to say thank you for a very wonderful 9 seasons at our team. We have done our best but it sounds like we could not won any more trophies. I'm sorry to say this but the journey has come to an end."

We continue to win and stay in 1st place ahead of chasing rivals malta fc. It took us time to get started as we couldn't find a way through and out of nowhere, Power set up Van der Zande to shoot from distance and give us the lead. Then Suparman knocked in a free kick for 0-2. Petersen made it 0-3 with a long range strike after coming on as a substitute and there was a late goal from Power to end a very easy match.

You gotta love the "non-logic" of this game sometimes, I leave my team in a formation that's asymmetric and many of the subs/reserves played here except Petersen and Miku who basically tore our opponents apart, Miku took the lead for us on 2 minutes, before Senna was injured and not replaced so we played on with 10 men lol... Hogan and Beckett made it 3-0 before HT and Hogan got a brace for a defender which was very unexpected just after the restart, Pietropaolo then made it 5-0, Then Miku scored for us again before Petersen put away a penalty and also helped out setting up Miku to complete a hat-trick.

well as expected with two away games in 15 minutes i lost champions game 3-1 with reserves but that`s fine and i only just managed to change team around for the league game which i won 2-0 and my star striker Martins getting the double after the hat-trick yesterday but little disappointed that he didn`t get get his second hat-trick in two daysQuote:

My team keeps having problems to play out its full potential in the league. Well, I know FCK wins the matches and the players get ok marks (7-9), but the results are way too close considering the standard of the teams and the formations. 3W-4-3 is a counter for the other system, but the goals were only scored by standard situations and individual class that shined through in some scenes. Goals by Monroe and Didonato btw.
I start to doubt the existing of general counter systems. Last CL season at my CL semis I fielded at home 3-5V-2 vs. 4-1-2N-1-2 and lost 0-3 despite having 3 points more quality. In the returning leg I was pissed, did not watch, left the formation untouched at 3-5V-2 vs. 4-1-2N-1-2 and the result was a 2-0 away win. So finally I got angry on myself that I did not watch the match in order to get more possesion (but maybe it would not have worked, because with 3-5V-2 you normally hit 4-1-2N-1-2 on counters).
My current theory (based on observation, all unproved) is that counter formations differ between home and away matches and are additionally based on quality.
P.S.:
About the transfers at my current level (10). 18 years old that costs more than 35 million € (at 68/69 quality) are the fastest trainers. In average they receive 40/80/120 when power-trained hard.
If you already have a free kick or corner taker then defensive wall. Though defensive wall on an MC might not be too useful... Dribbler could mix it up quite well tooQuote:

On 8 minutes Herrera trips the attacker and then spits at another player and is sent off and they score from the resulting free kick and as my other 2 MC's are injured and suspended all I can do is bring on a DMC for Karg, then things get worse when Subotic trips the attacker in the box and they convert the penalty, so into the second half and on 56 minutes Sanchez give us hope with a thunderbolt but try as we might we cannot equalize.

On 31 minutes Sanchez breaks the deadlock with a long range effort and we are slightly on top, into the second half they blink first and go 3 up top, then on 52 minutes Chicka heads in a Sanchez corner, on 58 minutes they pull one back, so we bring on McNamara and switch Bosch to AMC to give them something to think about, and 2 minutes later Chicka breaks free and passes to Subotic who rolls it in, still they come at us but we will not let them back in the match and defend well.

Dominated the game and won 3:0 Sucerquia scored 2 and Kern 1, both with one assist. Kern was MOM. Could scored more but was saving players for CL match.
Round 6:
First game that i was not present and i won 8:0, bigger win of the season, and i was playing with a lot of subs, because were Making saves for cup. My New star ST Barbu scored 2 ad 1 assist, Ronaldo my 34 years old ST 2 goals and 2 assists, was also MOM, van dunen 2 goals, Koziol 1 goal, my other 34 years old ST Rivera scored 1.
Round 7:
Better the result that the game, scored early by my MC Van dunen, but After that my players missed 3 chances of 1vs1, only in second half Sparagna scores from pénalty, then as usually i suffer a goal and my GK as to shine, only in the 15 last minutes After i bring to the game Barbu in a free kick and daniel alves from long range, i can finish with a Confortable result of 4:1 to me.
I dont know Why but Kern was MOM.
CL played against the 2 games against the Team with the highest quality in the group, and only had wins.
But we faced them well and in first game we draw away 2:2, After being lose for 2 times, Sucerquia and Maymam scored the goals.
His DL was MOM.
IN the second game we draw at home 1:1 After being winning, Barbu scored the goal.
My DC Leitgeb were MOM.
After 4 games we lost one and draw 3 so we are third with 3 points, and need to be very lucky to reach the last 16.
Cup:
We are facing the Team that beat us last season in the cup, that time in the last 16.
The league game and cup were only 1 hour apart and did not have time to change players or give boosters, because was only able to log in 1 minute before the start of the match.
The other manager was present and had 1 suporter, i was playing home.
Barbu scored for us on the 21st minute but they equalizer on the 29th minute. In second half i made 2 substitutions to refresh players, but the Team was tired and they managed to scored the 2nd.
Final result 2:1 for them and we are in a dificult situation to reach the last 16. But we will fight till the end.

It's all over now
This morning the winning streak of FC Sakura ended. And in a quite spectacular way..
FC Massimo, or friendly rivals from Rome beat the team on their hometurf convincingly 0-3. They suprised us with a tactic they have never used before and scored twice between the 38th and 39th minute. Later in this game their striker was again successful. The whole Sakura-team had a mediocre day - no 8, only 6 and 7s. And of course everyone can have a really bad game - unfortunately this time it was our goalkeeper. Even the fact that one of Massimo's players has been sent off in minute 60 did not help us at all ...
Anyway, we are now second in the league and will have another chance to play against our rivals (we beat them in last year's CL-final) - and we might face each other again in this year's CL.
FC Dreamhunter was active on the transfer-market and bought two new strikers. At noon we will try to overcome our 2-4 loss in the first cup-leg. Yesterday's games brought us two wins and especially the 2-0 in the CL against FC Elzalabany was very well received as we play against them three times within four days. Today again in the League which seems to be much more interesting compared to the two last seasons. After seven rounds four teams stay unbeaten. Dreamhunter leads by two points against the other three teams, inlcuding Elzalabany.
Teresa FC and Berkshire Utd were successful in the CL and League and are well on track. Berkshire plays today against our strongest competitor in the League, SSSport from Russia. A win would put us already six points ahead.
