LONDON CITY 7-0 DARIM
We were hoping to get our home league fixtures off to a good start, but we could hardly have hoped for this. What was good, was that the goals were well spread around the team. Noda, D. Allen and Negedu, gave us a useful 3 goal lead at the interval. When Shinji Noda added a fourth ten minutes after the break, our visitor's heads visibly dropped. James, Pigott and Dixon scored further goals as the match became a rout. David Allen once again won man of the match.
GOAL STATS: Negedu 7, Noda 11, D.Allen 27, Noda 55, James 62, Pigott 79, Dixon 86
This result in league, wasn't unexpected, Storm is going to be a tough competitor, I knew that! And I was asleep.
But, apparently, so was my goalkeeper. :(

Oh joy! A new record on my team: Worst. Rating. Ever.
RR Cup, qualifying round 1st leg
Perfect Tactics 2-1 Gnonkjaer FC
Perfect Tactics: L13, 87.5, 4-1-4-1/4-1-1-2W-2 | Gnonkjaer FC: L14, 4-1-2-1-2 WD
Well, what an ending to an action packed match. Our opponents were only 1 level higher and had a pretty solid team. We took the lead on 7 minutes through new boy Max Power, smashing in a shot from Petersen Jr's pass. We were under the cosh a little bit and Petric gave away a free kick which Younghusban, levelling the scores. From then on, it was pretty much end to end and both sides could have scored a handful but it was the defending that kept the scores low. It wasn't really working for us so we brought on some fresh legs, including Petersen and Nascimento whom we couldn't play due to our formation. Both sides were going for long range shots but none of them getting close to goal. On the 84th minute, Chmelar gave away a free kick resulting in a corner, headed to safety. Then Gnonkjaer gave away a free kick and Vermansayah was sent off for a 2nd yellow card. Chmelar couldn't conver the free kick, however there was still one more twist in the tale. 88th minute, counter attack break and Petersen took it all the way before rounding the keeper and tucking away the shot for a dramatic, late winner. Great game.
Goals: Power (7'), Younghusban (19'), Petersen (88')
Sent off: Vermansayah (85')
MOTM: Petersen
Very disappointed with today's result in the league.
A 1-0 away win to a far inferior team, I think it must be right when a good team plays a not so good team, morale is poor and they don't perform.
Still, a win is a win and we're the only team in our league not to concede a goal.

Oh yea, the goal scorer was DMC and somehow scored when told to stay back.....what's that all about?
League Day 2: FC Kneipenkick (71.8 3-1-4-2) 1-0 Hansa Neuhausen (64.1 4-3N-1-2)
A very close match. Neuhausen defended brave, even with one man down from minute 22 on.
The match was decided after switching to 4-1-4-1 by offensive my wingers Miller (71.) and Araya, who played the pass.
Cup 2nd round 1st leg: Sogekind FC (71.5 4-DMC(r)-MC(l)-3W(AM)-ST) 0-2 FC Kneipenkick (71.8 3W-2N-3W-1-1)

A close match as well, but today we could handle Sogekinds offensive pressure by parking the bus towards the end of the match.
