We never are particularly lucky on cup draws, and this time it was the same pulling out a full fledged scout team one level higher with an all scout lineup as well including 7* players few sps from 8*. In the end as alwais money won't buy you victory unless you at least use decent tactic. We stated with ND and for once it didn't work for over 30 minutes as we were sure it would. After that time, we gained and kept possession and pressure on our side (untill 35' it was 60-40 possession for them) adapting to their changes apart from the injury going first on 4-3W-1-2 to secure the 0-2 then into 3-2W-2-2W-1 and turning into defensive/counter as he switched from flat to 3W-1-2N-1-3 getting the right timing for the 0-3 counter. Satisfied for once.

Royal Rumble "Shark" Cup 2nd Round, 1st Leg
fc gisi 1-3 July Fourth
fc gisi 137.3 4-DMC-MC-MC-AML-2 - July Fourth 147.2 "dv8r"
We were unsure exactly what formation to play here against this asymmetrical V looking formation, Either 4-3N-3 or the dv8r sprung to mind, We eventually went with the dv8r, Watson wasted an early chance before Petersen was through on goal and instead of going for goal he squared off to Benayoun who scored his 3rd goal in as many games, Later on Petersen's corner allowed Watson to make it 2-0 before Kusama made the move of the game by beating a defender and the keeper for 3-0. After this July Fourth went to sleep, Benayoun mis-directed a few free-kicks and Papaleo missed a sitter, because of this we allowed fc gisi a chance to get back in the tie by Mousavi passing to Manzini to score at the end, Mousavi did have a good game for gisi to be said he did make our defenders work quite hard.
Goals: Benayoun (8) Watson (26) Kusama (31) Manzini (89) MOTM: Kusama.
Team Talk: A good win, but we could of done with scoring a few more to really end this as a contest, However I feel we have done enough to be in the draw for the next round.

JT's Academy had 2 matches an hour apart last night, good job Meh had saved up green pack for the cup match.
A fantastic Hattrick from the veteran Dabrowski in the league match to help put them 2nd in the league.
A solid defensive effort by both teams in the cup with both managers present saw hero Dabrowski have a penalty saved. An away draw in this cup match leaves us with hope that the business can be dealt with in the home match.
Their keeper was MOM

bought a fine player this morning:
Nordeus Gen for 5 or 6T. I think it was the most expensive player I saw this season, so I am glad to have him.
and JT, didnt you win the first leg with 7-0? so why use green packs? Afraid of losing 8-0?^^
