Player age, quality, rating, market value

I dont understand how the players defined their quality, market value.
    For example: I have 2 players, A & B.

    Age: A 23, B 23 too
    Position: A & B can play DR
    Special Ability: none for both
    Quality: A 22, B 18; A is more quality than B
    Market Value: A 262k, B 308k?

What? A is more quality than B, and market value is lower?
With both same age, no special ability, same position.
    I dont understand.

    In transfer market, 2 players: A & B
    Age: A 18, B 18; same
    Quality: A 28, B 18
    Market value: A 900k, B 1.25m?!
    Bid price: A 750k, B 1.1m

What?! I need to bid with more money for a lower quality player, B, instead of lower price for higher quality player, A?!
    It does not make sense!

    Anyone know?

It actually does make sense. The more expensive player is usually the faster trainer and will gain more skill points in the season through training
