Is team formation visible to others before match?

just wanted to ask whether all the changes made in team formation are visible to others before the match?

yes it is, you can one formation until 3 mins left which is risky this is why i change with 4 mins left after that you can`t change but you can still see if the same formation or they have changed

i`v been able to change with 3 mins left but one time was not quick enough so leave now with 4 mins left
