Was playing against 4-2N-1-3 and was using 3N-1-3W-1-2. My 2 MCs were out of position playing ML/MR but did well. Will play the same formation in the 2nd leg unless he changes his.

At the moment im electing a 4-1-2-3 due to teams playing a DMC, so my young AMC who is a real starlet playing 2 games and getting mom twice. Once people stop playing DMC's, i will go back to my prefered 4-1-2-1-2 ND.
On a whole i feel this season will go well, as i bought wisely, and have got a strong squad with depth.
Some of us play a DMC for 95% of our matches... sometimes even *two* ...just sayin' you maybe will find a fan of 3-1-4-2 & Maple Leaf (such as myself, these formations I started with, I play others now as well, but those are what my team was built around) in your league, it's a good thing ya got a swell AMC. :D

sad thing is my money and tokens arent improving
and that my injury problems like a rolling door, 1 just came back another goes through
I feel it is pointless to play 2 DMCs with 4 defenders at back. Why to keep 6 players behind half line??? I always like to play 4 at back but if I need to keep players up ahead, and my opponent has no wingers, I play 3N behind in defence. And my Defenders are always assisted by 1b DMC, no matter how many AMCs the opponent has.
Won the 2nd League match 2-0 with my MC Ledent scoring one and ST Perbet scoring another from a corner.
Now the problem is, I have my next League match at 10:00pm tonight. Then another League match at 2:00am after 12 o'clock midnight tonight(i.e 4 hours after the league match at 10). And just one hour after this, at 3:00am, I got my away leg of the 2nd round of Cup, which I won 1-0 at home and need to win. I will be able to make it to the 10 o'clock match but not sure about the other two. :( Will keep u informed.

Hi All,
I'm a newbie starting my second season, well my first season was only 6 games and I managed to finished 3rd and when I took over the team was in 8 place. What should I be building and spending my money on. I'm currently upgrading my stadium up to amateur with 1000 seats as I have about 1700 fans and though it was the most logical. The stadium is going to take another 8 days to build :-(
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
@ The Fonz I'd move one (and go watch videos if you can) :) that way more of your team will be ready then, and not a couple new guys who there's a 50/50 they'll break first match.
About building -- you want to improve your facilities to get more packs & $$ but don't waste tokens speeding it up, just never stop building, dont forget to improve your turf etc. After the 1000 seater I'd build everything else it will let you, then decide if you want to upgrade seats, (which I did once) or whole stadium (thereafter) and then continue building facilities until you need to up stadium again. Hope that makes sense. Oh, and about capacity - overage in seats doesn't matter, there are limits per level (which if I can find I will put on here later. unless someone else remembers 'em offhand) so you may not "fill" a larger stadium but will get the 5% possesion bonus if you reach that limit.

Ticket sales are not a good income source until Level 4, when the volume starts to kick in. Make sure you have a full house of supporters at low prices. Upgrade ALL the seats first and the stadium last. This will reduce the waiting time when the stadium is being built and you will have some seats/ income, while awaiting completion.
Cat is right that you also do the booster packs. DO NOT upgrade WHILE boosters/youth are being generated, as you will lose out. These reset to zero during upgrade.

Oh gosh yes, look at how many days left to get whatever is being generated before you start building, but I would also say the first youths I got weren't all that great, so on teams I have made after -- I skipped the first youths and just built if I had the $$ to do it.
The seat upgrades are good for making sure you have the maximum capacity for the attendance bonus, and speeding up building, but you still need to upgrade the stadium to unlock the next level of facilities. It's a good idea to examine what you want to build at the start of the season and budget for it -- some buildings cost as much as players.
ticket prices should be just less than the market will bear -- you basically raise it 1, see what your attendance is, and keep raising until you find the point where not full, and then back off 1 or 2.
Me I keep mine low, because it's not enough income to worry about compared to the full house bonus possession.
Don't worry if your prices are just a little high from time to time. I'd rather have a little more money and lose the 1% to possession.

So this is my problem. Ive been playing Tan Tai, with Van De upfront, and Both are gettings 9 form. But Tan Tai cant hit a barn door to save his life, meanwhile Van De cant miss the target, hes got 13 goals in 5 games, and is looking like a brilliant investment. I would love to play 3 up front, but its not possible, that would require me to lose somone from my field, at the moment i have run 3 up front, but now that my next 10 games my opponents dont have a DMC in their squad, my AMC will be back in my team, and from the 2 games he has played he has no reason not to be, his performances where outstanding.
I have a solid back four, and my keeper is finally showing form. My midfield is already crowded with quality in the center, and my captain for 3 seasons is now a bench warmer.
What strike partnership would you play and why?

@ SLickz HI hun do you use any arrows on your strikers ??? have you switched them around at all ?? ie Keehan on the left Tan Tai on the right and visa versa to see if it makes a difference who scores ???
