Funny, its against an FB friend whom I lost a friendly to last night. Just won nil-4, 1st 2 goals from the 2 players who's contract I've renewed. (low Q and value, but again good performers) and my new ST got the 3rd (shame he only got another 7 rating)
MoM to my Q12 31yo ST. He's been brilliant this season, hardly played last season but thriving on the rotation system.

Has anyone ever seen a 1.2M player for free? Seems like a Nordeus Gen as he's 19 and for free (cant be a released U21 at 19 can he?) 4 rounds of about 3 bids in each round, luckily my connection lagged and I didnt get sucked into a bidding war.

Similar to my plan for next season actually: let my GK retire and wait to see if I get an U21 GK 7 days into next season? Is it a risk worth taking?
He usually gets 1 skill point from each match. My only game today he played he got a 7 ranking MOM had 9 ?? but mom did score 2 goals
He is now 61 quality seems I can raise 1 quality per day with 1 game and 16 greens thats what it took today anyway in 4 more days he should be 8 star

I just played my same "high rollers" team (top highest value 11) and a 2-nil win
My 2 strikers: Harris 21yo Q25 1.13M (up to 1.15M now) vs Qashoush 18yo Q27 1.33M. Harris got 2 goals and MoM (9) and a whopping 200skills progress pts
Qashoush only gets 55 from a 7 rating :/ to compare though, my 21yo Q20 590k DC gets a 7 rating but 115 skills progression pts
These dont seem related to their values at all, any thoughts?

The MOM gets 100 to his training, in case ya'll never noticed that, so that's why the whopping gain Zangy.
The price of strikers, good ones, is like RL.. high! and the prices for all players vary depending on their training rate and age, D's that are good are usually not nearly as expensive as a striker the same age and training rate (on my server at least!) :D

I've got a high value young left mid, he's at an equal skill level to the rest of my 1st team, and he's turned rubbish.
He started the season well enough and is vital to the way I set my team up, but for the last 10 - 15 games in hasn't scored higher than a 5 rating. I've tried dropping him, resting him, giving him happy pills, shouting at him, but nothing seems to have worked. Now I'm trying to sell his sorry arse, as I'm sure his attitude is bring the rest of the team down.
I read somewhere that certain players have a 15% chance of being "trolled" if this is the case, is it a temporary thing or does it last?
So question to experienced players ... when good players turn bad will they get their form back again, or is it best to get rid?
I'm thinking this player just doesn't fit with or doesn't like my tactics, so he plays bad, I'd rather this than some random "troll" thing.

training progress !!! it was veterans weekend here in USA so not on much just games and some odd training but my player is now 63 quality just 2 off my 1st ever 8 star player should get him to 64 today only one game in league today so all training running short on green packs has taken so far about 45 greens no reds YET !!!!!!!!! lol

I had a match last night vs 6th place team, 2 goals up in 6mins (13' & 19') then they somehow get 2 goals themselves with possession 35-65 to me. I get the lead back on 56' and the equalised again just 3mins later.
I subbed on my AMC and MR to try to win the game (I was resting them after playing a CL match less than 3hrs before)
And my AMC comes up with the assist for the winning goal on 90'! :cool:
My AMC is playing awesome this season, top scorer with 14G and 8A, my best player only has 13G but 14A (funny how they only have 1 MoM each). Strangely my top 3 MoMs are my 3 STs, maybe because my goals scored is only 3rd in the league though I'm top, so they must have got the winning goals and thus the MoM
So yeah, my AMC is Q21, 27yo so only 240k. Would u guys replace him for next season or only if his performances drop drastically?

OK, so I've gone from 4th place in my 1st season and 3rd in my 2nd (can snatch 2nd place if he slips up but unlikely).
Next season I'll be L3. Is there no point in tanking so early in my career?
I figured if I can get to at least 7th position next season its worth it so I get better players to buy and from U21

It took about 150 green packs I watched 7 - 10 video's per day to get some but had to pay for some didnt have them pre stored !!
It took about 17 - 30 each star more towards the end !!
he was a scout and gained just more than a million each level so approx 5.4 Million in price for the full star he is 22 yr old
I was very lucky never used 1 red pack !!!!!!!!!!!!!
he will be in my team for a while next year world class then scout year after if I do nothing with him .
It took about 6 days to do !!!

This season saw me win another double. League and Champions league. Getting knocked out of the Cup by 2 draws and having less away goals.
Only lost 1 game this season but feel that level 3 Manager will have more challenges for me. Hopefully I can build further. Though I foresee myself eventually tanking a season.

2nil down in the 1st half of my 1st game of the season, bot set his team to 3-1-3W-1-2 so I changed my WD formation to 4-2(DMC)-2(AMC)-2 and won it 2-4.
My big buy ST from last season got injured for 5 games already :mad: ruining what would have been a good start to the season.
I re-signed a player last season and sold him earlier today, some small change that I would have lost if I didnt renew
So had a worried start to the season, I was silly enough to spend 10 tokens on upgrading my youth academy (liked the cosmetic look) and as a player that doesn't buy tokens, it will leave me to pick up players later on the season so I can avoid this intense time of bid wars.
On a more positive note, my V style demolished my opponent's 3-4-3 (likely a person who manages his team now and then) 6-1 at home. Apparently my keeper mistimed his clearance allowing them to slip in a goal but oh well. He was rank 5 to my rank 3, but his quality wasn't awfully lot higher than mine. (Had some key purchases and luck with starting squad seeming to be decent back in season 1 and 2 for me)
Moving onto the away leg tomorrow will be keen to see if he pitches up and tries to turn my 5 goal difference in aggregate or just abandon it for this season.
Hope you guys kicked off your Cup with great performances as well.

This sucks! i got trolled 3-nil away :mad:
Started with 3-2-2-2-1 Butterfly vs his 4-4-2, then switched to 3-4-1-2 when 1 goal down then lost 2 goals.
We were evenly matched team-wise, but his squad is 3* while mine is 2. His 1st 11 were all 3*, mine were a mix of 4, 3 and 2*.
So now, I'm knocked out of the Cup already on the 1st round. Top 2 players' morale deteriorated to Poor and my Keeper's morale also down to Poor after playing a friendly match.
Has anyone every had only 1 keeper in the squad for a period of time? My other keeper retired but I'm waiting to see what I get from the U21 in 5 days time
I've just got promoted into Div 6, I reached the Champions league final twice in a row and lost both, but had a cr*p season last time and got knocked out on GD because of a heavy defeat, but my target is to Win a trophy, not a runner up trophy, a winners trophy.
