The Boot Room (new managers zone)

Hi all my name is MO

Last season I started a thread called level 5 I was helped so much by experienced managers on this forum. I decided to see if it could help others !!!!!! so in honour of Cracicot ( who helped me so much last season). I called it the boot room after Liverpools legend BIll Shankley. He made so many pre match decisions in the boot room at Anfield it became famous !!

Thats what this thread is for as a newbie or low level manager !!!!!!!! you must have 100's of questions or formation worries . so lets see if we can help each other or hope experienced managers will read and pass on their experience so thats the introduction to this thread ...

I'm going to start with

1 I'm level 6 . In CL and cup

2 My goals are to qualify for CL again this year

3 Improve my squad

4 Want to discuss on this thread how to improve with little tokens

5 Love to hear what you did well or bad !!!!!!!

6 get a little group going of regular new posters !!!!
