For those of you wich can't attend to matches for diferent reasons i recommand 4-4-1-1 formation(dl,dc,dc,dr-ml,mc,mc,mr-amc,st) with both flanks motivated (red arrows)
focus passing both flanks, pressing style own pitch with counter attack on. that way you have a 70% chances not to loose. this formation can counter almost all default formations

ok i will try that as i got a match against a brazilian team at 6:02am which i wont be up for so will try that formation which 2 have u gotta put the 2 arrows up on

it worked out ok i couldnt watch the match as it was early for me but done that formation and auto subs which wasnt needed in the end, i won 2-1 away in the end which was good as it was a must win match for me as they were above me in the league now im 3rd at the moment

thank u for helping, hoping to get a AMC tho as i had to use a MC instead in that role
