I had seen it a lot this season

and the team who has such line up and formation ends up usually losing 5 or 6 nothing but when I played against one it appeared that he has normal formation

My question is what is this because all the teams I'll play against next three days looks like it but will they be normal in match? and why other teams got heavy loses if it'll be normal?

The missing players have no contract. When you meet the team in a match, the substitute players will be automatically in.

So the big loses because the subs are most likely playing out of position? like there's no other strikers so a midfielder takes his spot?

Yes, the computer put the players in the missed spots, by the orders they have in the squad and not for the position.
