Hi all,
what training intensity is better for Power Training, 2 or 3? When you train with 3 you lose double amount of fitness with high injury risk. Is this worth it for the double(?) training effect?
If you do 2 bars you lower the injury effect. So why not train 2 instead of 3, but do it more often? At the end you get the same gain at the same cost, but with lower risk of injury. Is that correct?
