    Power Training

    Hi all,

    what training intensity is better for Power Training, 2 or 3? When you train with 3 you lose double amount of fitness with high injury risk. Is this worth it for the double(?) training effect?

    If you do 2 bars you lower the injury effect. So why not train 2 instead of 3, but do it more often? At the end you get the same gain at the same cost, but with lower risk of injury. Is that correct?

    Yes 3 bars is what you should be training your players at for Power Training, It gets it done faster.

    It is the Best option, If you have time to do it.

    I know 3 bars is faster, but I don't have so many green boosters anyways. So would it be better for me to go with 2 bars?

    Bwahahahahaha, funny how life is. I always train on 3 bars, only my 2nd full season though, but I never had an injury. So that I had enough health left to recover for the next match I trained some on 2 bars. First ever training injury.

    Sad but true.
