Player fatigue

HI everybody,

I am now lvl 12 and noticed that the players get tired much more in a game than last season.
Is it me or they changed something in the game? (my players ages are from 23 to 27)

Maybe they r playing against better teams or using hard tackling, too many arrows or pressing whole pitch....
