And we told you that some players get bad ratings all the time. You should sell players like these

I have a question (related) - If a player that is Rated (with stars) very well (in-fact one of your best players on paper) is playing poorly,i.e not scoring etc, is there any way of helping him improve his form without training points? so maybe by adjusting his training mentality etc?
