Maybe they could average the quality of your team over the last 3 seasons, that way it's not so easy to exploit.

the CUP draw is stupid.... the strong team you are, you face the higher LV...that is supper not fair as the players has Q limit... the team above... may just a 4 or 5 star in 37...but that is already totally over power a LV32....

why not just set a LV limit (like +/- 1 LV) and go totally random in drawing?? well... i don't care the CUP already as long as they put this stupid drawing system~
