we dont know the setup of the game and why they do it this way, so unless they explain this on the next "ask the devs" then we will never have this insight.

They lack transparency, which is another way to say they are hiding things. I want to know the highest level team on my server, how many servers there are and why I cant move to another server if I am just a file or a record in a database.

True but i remember him saying he is level 23. Why are there different numbers of leagues on every server?

Maybe some give up at different stages on different servers!

There are only few teams left in the level 13 ( the highest one in my server) they dont have their own leauge so I think of next few seasons. they will not exit any more because they dont want to play any more and there are many level 12 teams stronger than them right now. So in about 5 season. my team will also have to play with lower levels
