It's possible. My team value and money are added up to $700M at level 9. Max price of a transfer market is $28M. All the teams at the same level as mine on my server with has at least $100M less than mine. That include all the full-scout team. I also didn't take any bank loan at all, just simply bought and sold players. Budget ard 80-100tk per season.

CL Winner (5): 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9

Cup Winner (3): 1, 2, 6
Cup Runner-up: 3
Double Winner: 1, 3, 5, 6, 8, 9
you have to invest a bit of time to buy the player values, and then your team will stronger and going into Cup and C1 and then you will have more money
