training players

Yesterday i bought a youth player(18) of 39 stars around the 8.2 million. Another day a player of 20, again 39 stars. But when i both want to train them, they don't develop as fast as I was expected. Even mine players of 25 get more exp. points at the exact training.

So i was wondering, could it be that my trainingscomplex is lower than the buyers one, and that's why he isn't developing that fast, or is it that they reach the maximum buying lvl? Or is it that my level trainingscomplex is lower then the seller's level?

It depends on price mainly

Compare your 18 year old price to other 18 year olds of the same quality, which is more? The more expensive one trains faster. As for your 25 year olds, they may be lower quality so they can train at an average pace. There is also speculation that 18-20 year olds training speeds have been slightly adjusted so that they don't become overpowered, they would regain faster training once they become 20-21 though.

my observations said, youth players from academy 'with tokens' develop more faster than youth players from academy 'without tokens'.
