Does anyone have or had a good MC?

I ask because mine always seem to be crap. I don't think I've ever had a MC whose average rating has been over 7 for the season.

I've had 2 scout players whose average rating was 5.8 and 5.6 after 22 games and the rest have just been as bad. I bought one at the start of this season who started not too bad and scored a few goals but he has faded away and I have a 6 star one just now whose average rating is 5.4.

I've tried everything with them, keeping their condition and morale high, always play them in the favourite position, give them a good run of games in the team but nothing seems to work.
