Wednesdays Results:

Champions League Group A Round 5: Liverpool 44 2-5 July Fourth Papaleo scored an early penalty for us before setting up Petersen for a 2-0 lead on 21 mins, but back came Liverpool with 2 quick fire goals from Ferrenti and Villegas, before July Fourth found another gear to put this game to bed by scoring twice before HT from Kusama and Benayoun. Papaleo made it 5-2 just after the start of the second half and it finished 5-2.

League Round 9: SAKONNAKHON FC 1-2 July Fourth This turned out to be a rather tighter affair than expected, but July Fourth grinded this one out with all the goals coming within 5 mins of HT, Papaleo found Hardy who produced a great strike to put us infront before a minute later Bradau equalised, But Lamb found a way past the defence and scored what proved to be the winner on the stroke of HT. Both sides continuously missed chances in the second half.

We needed to win, and we done it. 2:0 Saianda in 1H and Cong Huy in 2H scored the goals. Our DC was MOM.
We are 2nd with 9 points, 3 ahead of 3rd. We are almost there, but since in the last round we are facing 1st and His facing last, we need to be lucky.

LEAGUE ROUND 8
Important win against the 2nd strongest Team in the league. We started dominated and His MCs saw 2 yellow cards in the first minutes, and lucky to us, there formation became ilegal. Infortunatly our star MC got injured. But Kaplan scored the first from the free kick.
After that we totaly dominated, in 1H Kern and Kaplan again put us winning 3:0. In 2H they got one back, but Santos made another one to us.
Final result 4:1, our ST Tomaev got MOM.

LEAGUE ROUND 9:
Could not see the game, but with some players still tired of CL game we lost 2:0 against the supringly 4th, since in average this Team is only the 7th stronger.

We played against 1st, 1Q better, away, playing 442, we lost the first game.
We learned our lesson and used 3N142, and it worked perfectly, more possession and chance After chance, that my players were missing.

FOREST RANGERS (98.4) v (100.9) LONDON CITY

RANGERS 0-3 LONDON

A second successive 3-0 away win keeps our 2 point lead at the top of the league. In a game very similar to yesterday's, Wayne Dixon scored first to make it 1-0 at the break. Two goals in the space of seven minutes, midway through the second period, from Aiden James and Anton Dek, secured all three points. Next time we have a tough game against Real Monte who are 7th, but always give us a hard game.

RUSSIAN TEAM 2-5 LIONS FC

Lions FC officially qualified for the next round of the champions league with a 5-2 win against the team from Omck Russia. The game was played with the reserve team, along with AMC Neil who played his first game back from injury and recorded a goal and an assist.

KRONIK FC 1-3 LIONS FC

Lions FC faced rivals from last years league Kronik FC in the league, and after falling behind early in the 6th minute, answered with 3 unanswered goals and maintained their 3 point league in the lead.

He has had a decent start, taking over the Petersen Jr role as striker and netting the important goals for us!

Jocks king FC 2-5 Raw Talent

it was a great win for us after having gone behind. We took the lead when Chmelar rounded the keeper for an easy tap in and then we thought it would be easy for us when Mbuluba was sent off leaving Jocks King FC with 10 men but they proved to be a tough nut to crack equalising through Basol from a double corner. We needed to change things around but Basol got a second from a 1 vs 1 opportunity and the 10 men of Jocks King FC were leading. We immediately brought on new boy Fuchs and he immediately made an impact. Power got us back into the game through a 1 vs 1 chance and it was all to play for. Then Fuchs and Papaleo had great link up play which ended with Fuchs smashing home our 3rd goal and it was 2-3. A late double from Papaleo sealed it for us, one was set up from Fuchs and the other by Petersen following a corner. It was the break we needed however it was overshadowed by a poor CL performance later on.
