WINTOUR SAMLANG 1-3 LIONS FC (LEAGUE)
Lions FC managed to break through back 5 of Wintour Samlang and defeat one of the weaker teams in the league 3-1. Wintour Samlang are actually one of the weaker teams in the league, but because of their defensive strategies, teams have been having a hard time scoring against them.
ELMASRY FC 0-2 LIONS FC (CHAMPIONS LEAGUE)
Knudsen and Russell struck within 2 minutes of each other just after the break for a 2-0 win, sending Lions FC through to the next round of the Champions League. Elmasry FC also advance as Bastards FC could not defeat the last placed Russian team in the group and finished 1 point behind the Egyptians in 3rd spot.
LIONS FC 3-0 PAUL KMS (CUP)
After giving up a 2 goal lead in a 2-2 draw in the first leg, Lions FC returned home to the Lions Den determined not to let it happen again. Pouring on the pressure right from the get go, a flurry of give aways lead to an opening goal from Kormos. After Paul KMS were reduced to 10 men because of a double yellow in the 36th minute, Szilagyi crossed in for Popev to head home off the ensuing free kick. Just after half time Szilagyi scored the 3rd and final goal of the game, seeing the Lions through to the next round of the cup.
LIONS FC 4-0 GOLAZZO FC (LEAGUE)
Lions FC faced the 3rd placed Turkish team in the league this morning, and thoroughly dominated from the get go. Lions FC thrashed 26 attempts at goal, hitting the target on 15 of them en route to a 4-0 win. Barbour and May scored in the first half, with Aoudou scoring twice after the break. Lions FC maintain their 1st place spot in the league, however just 3 ahead of the second placed team.

Sold our goalkeeper that we've had for two years. Bought him as a scout, but he was a liability this season. Picked up two new (to us) keepers last night. Bid on two hoping we'd get one. Got two instead. One is a 5 star with one vs one SA. The perfect replacement. We hope this solves our keeper issues.
