I am a new level 4 manager so negotiations are very new to me. I have found a player I desperately need on negotiations but not sure how much to offer him. For instance if a player has a market value of 4m do I offer him more or less? If more, then what % more is reasonable to get my offer accepted. Just like some feedback from your past experiences please. Thanks.
