    How to add achievement under every post

    Hi,

    Can anyone tell me how to add this under every of my post

    League Winners 12 - Runners Up 1
    Champions League Winners 5 - Runners Up 5
    Cup Winners 1 - Runners Up 1

    In the top of the screen you have Settings, than on the left you have Edit signature, write your signature and finish.
